Alright, let's get into it. Aturdida is Spanish for having so many thoughts at once that you can't think straight. My culture is something really important to me, so I just had to include it somehow on this lovely website. However, I also chose "aturdida" because I feel it's important to acknowledge that we're not always going to feel like ourselves, and know that it's okay to not be okay. I've found over the recent years that expressing yourself through artistic means is something truly beautiful to help overcome these battles we all encounter.
